Terms of Service

By using Ren ("the service"), you agree to these terms. Plain language only — read them once, you're good.

What Ren is

Ren is a health coach you access through WhatsApp. It helps you log meals, track your weight and habits, set reminders, and stay on your goal. It is provided as-is by Hada Muhammad (contact: hadamuhammad@gmail.com).

What Ren is NOT

Ren is not a doctor, dietitian, or licensed medical professional. Macro estimates and any wellness suggestions are informational only. Always check with a qualified professional for medical, nutritional, or fitness decisions that materially affect your health.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when asked (name, goals, meal times, weight, etc.). Inaccurate inputs lead to inaccurate coaching.
• Don't use Ren for emergencies. Ren cannot triage urgent medical situations. Call your local emergency number if you need immediate help.
• Don't abuse the service — no scraping, spamming, or trying to break the agent. We reserve the right to suspend access for obvious bad-faith use.
• Don't share your account with others. Ren personalizes its responses to a single user identity (your phone number).

Your data

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, and how to delete it. Short version: you can wipe everything any time by messaging "delete my data" on WhatsApp.

Optional integrations

If you choose to connect Notion, Apple Health, or other third-party services, your data also flows through those providers under their own terms. We provide opt-in integrations; you control what's on.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but make no guarantees of uptime. Ren may go down, get rate-limited by underlying providers (WhatsApp, Anthropic, FatSecret, etc.), or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

We may add, remove, or change features. Material changes that affect your experience will be communicated via WhatsApp before they take effect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Ren is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Specifically, we are not responsible for any health outcome resulting from acting on Ren's suggestions — these are informational, not medical advice.

Termination

You can stop using Ren at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for clear violations of these terms (e.g. abuse, spamming, harm to other users).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
