Ren doesn't make calories up. Say "had the harvest bowl at sweetgreen" and it pulls the numbers off sweetgreen's own menu; a home-cooked meal goes through a verified food database instead. Either way, Ren tells you where each number came from and which ones are guesses. Photos work too — the plate or the nutrition label on the pack, Ren reads both.

Every tracking app just sits there waiting for you. That's why you quit them by Friday. Ren is the one that notices when you've gone quiet and reaches out, no guilt, with a step small enough that you actually take it. You set the volume too: tell Ren to back off and it backs off. The hard part was never one good day. It's coming back after a bad one. That's the part Ren is built for. And when you're just talking, Ren just talks — no calorie lecture stapled to every reply.
