Meet Ren,
the coach you won't quit
You've started a calorie app and quit by Friday, probably more than once. Ren remembers you, texts first when it matters, and never makes you feel behind.
the thing no fitness app gets right
Your goal isn't the only thing
happening to you
One thread(1) for everything
your goal depends on
Meals, training, sleep, weight — in WhatsApp, where you actually are. No new app to open. No streak to keep. If you can text, you're already using it.
that's logged, 705 cal and 38g protein
Real numbers in. Not vibes.
Ren doesn't make calories up. Say "had the harvest bowl at sweetgreen" and it pulls the numbers off sweetgreen's own menu; a home-cooked meal goes through a verified food database instead. Either way, Ren tells you where each number came from and which ones are guesses. Photos work too — the plate or the nutrition label on the pack, Ren reads both.
Try it with your own lunch →The coach that texts you first
Every tracking app just sits there waiting for you. That's why you quit them by Friday. Ren is the one that notices when you've gone quiet and reaches out, no guilt, with a step small enough that you actually take it. You set the volume too: tell Ren to back off and it backs off. The hard part was never one good day. It's coming back after a bad one. That's the part Ren is built for. And when you're just talking, Ren just talks — no calorie lecture stapled to every reply.
Ask "am I on track" anytime
Ren doesn't recite a running tally at you all day — coaching waits for the right moment. Ask, and you get the straight read: the aggregates run against your real logs, where the goal actually stands. Ren checks your logs before it opens its mouth.
